SHIPPING

1. All merchandise is inspected and professionally packed and shipped UPS Ground within 2 business days of payment received (excluding holidays). All Merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in California. The total cost of your order is determined from where it is shipped from.

4. Standard Shipping Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery and allow extra time for bulk heavy items. Rush UPS 2nd Day Air 2 to 3 days.

 A good estimate is to translate your Zone Number into business days. For example, Zone 4 might take four business days; Zone 2, two business days. Remember to allow an additional 2 business days for us to process your order. 

 5. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands is done by the United States Postal Service. Delivery times typically take 1-2 weeks.

Rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are as follows:

* $23.00 for orders up to $50.00

* For orders over $50.00 the shipping is 45% of your order.

6. Shipping to Canada is done by Canada Post, and Delivery times typically take 2-3 weeks. Shipments are sent out on Thursdays.

Rates to Canada are as follows:

* $22.50 for orders up to $50.00

* For orders over $50.00 the shipping is 45% of your order.

7. We are now shipping to the United Kingdom. If this works out then we will expand our international service.

Shipping Rates are $38.98 for orders up to $50.99. For orders over $51.00 the shipping is 60% of total order. This may seem high but the package has to travel to 2 different destination before it reaches you. Delivery time will be 2-3 weeks.

8. We do offer Rush UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping only to the United States. Shipping time is as follows. Please allow 1 business days of payment received (excluding holidays) and allow 2 days to arrive. The price for this service is $24.00 for orders up to $50.00. For orders over $50.00 the shipping is 50% of your order.

 RETURNS

1. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving any Damaged Merchandise by going to the Returns Link for further instructions on Replacement, Refund, Store Credit. Our Merchandise is insured so nothing to worry about.

If you are Returning and item that is not Damage there is a 25% Restocking fee.

2. We will not Except any Unauthorized Returns so you must Submit a Return Authorization Form. We are not Responsible for damage due to shipping this is why we insure all items.

3. Items are in stock when listed. Items may become out of stock (On rare occasion sold out) If this should happen you will be given the option to Wait or have Payment Refunded or Store Credit. The best way is to contact us to see if the Item you are interested in is in stock.
