Our warehouse is based in California. You ask yourself why should you buy from us, well the answer is simple. Our customer service is really what sets us apart from other companies. We believe in treating our customers like we want to be treated. So we are committed in doing everything possible to satisfy our customers. Promises without commitments are hollow expressions. We don’t believe in false promises. We believe a product should deliver what it offers. So here is our commitments to you that other companies are not willing to make. If you are not 100% Satisfied with the Product you purchase, we will Refund your money or give you a Store Credit if you request it. You will need to Submit a Authorization Request form with in 10 days of Receiving the Item. There is a 25% Restocking fee for Non-Damage Items. If you Receive a Damage Item, you will have to Submit a Return Authorization Form also. Although our selection of merchandise changes frequently, we make every effort to fill your order completely.
